Do you supply supermarkets or retail chains?

Yes. We supply supermarkets and retail chains on a regular basis; we match volume, caliber, and packaging to each chain's brand standards and keep to weekly delivery schedules, with private label packaging available on request. We continue to grow this channel - contact us to discuss a partnership. We are open to the electronic data interchange (EDI) integration our corporate buyers require.

What does your shipping process look like?

Shipments travel in temperature-controlled reefer containers with an uninterrupted cold chain. See our Logistics page for the full cold-chain details.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For road shipments, orders start from one pallet per product within a mixed load; sea shipments are planned on a full 40' reefer container basis. Send us your product, target country and delivery date for an exact quantity and quote.

Which products are harvested in which month?

Harvest periods vary by product and variety; for example, citrus is generally harvested between October and May, summer vegetables between June and October, while greenhouse products can be supplied year-round. You can check our Seasonal Calendar page for a detailed, variety-level harvest calendar.

How are your products calibrated?

Every product page lists the caliber/size codes and ranges specific to that item; calibration is based on diameter, weight, or count per box depending on the product. Products are sorted into these caliber ranges before shipment.

What packaging options do you offer?

We offer several packaging options depending on the product: carton boxes, perforated plastic crates, mesh/net bags, punnets, and trays are our standard formats. Each product page lists its typical box size, weight, and pallet configuration; private-label printed packaging can also be arranged on request.

What delivery terms (Incoterms) do you work with?

We offer flexibility across EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP delivery terms. See our Export page for what each term means in detail.

What documents do you provide with each shipment?

Each shipment is accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate, a commercial invoice, and a packing list; additional documents such as a certificate of origin can be arranged on request. See our Export and Logistics pages for the full document breakdown.

What certifications do you hold for quality and food safety?

Our quality and food safety management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 by an independent certification body. See our Certifications page for PDF copies and details.
