Our Commitments

Our Corporate Policies

To act responsibly at every step of our supply chain, we maintain and apply policies in the following areas; we regularly review and update our processes against these policies.

Quality & Food Safety Policy

We deliver the fresh fruit and vegetables we carefully source from Turkey's various production regions to domestic and international markets with a commitment to trust and quality. In line with this:

  • We classify our products against the internationally recognized fresh fruit and vegetable marketing standards of Codex Alimentarius and UNECE (Extra / Class I / Class II).
  • We evaluate our grower partners for quality and consistency, and regularly review the continuity of these partnerships.
  • We ensure every batch is traceable back to its source by matching it against its sourcing region and shipment records.
  • Produce that doesn't meet the required caliber, ripeness, or visual standard is systematically sorted out during sizing and grading and excluded from shipment.
  • Before every shipment, we verify that documents such as the phytosanitary certificate, commercial invoice, and packing list are fully consistent with the physical cargo in the container.
  • We maintain an uninterrupted cold chain from sourcing to delivery, and report temperature records on request.
  • We comply with the Turkish Food Codex and applicable food legislation.
  • We record and evaluate customer complaints and feedback, and take corrective action to prevent recurrence.

Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Policy

The health and safety of our employees, business partners, and visitors is central to our operations. In line with this:

  • We fully comply with Turkey's Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and related legislation.
  • We maintain safe working conditions in our storage, loading, and shipping operations, and assess risks proactively.
  • We record incidents and near misses, evaluate their root causes, and act to prevent recurrence.
  • We regularly inform our employees about workplace safety, personal protective equipment, and emergency procedures.
  • We prioritize practices that reduce packaging and operational waste.
  • We comply with applicable environmental legislation and regularly review the environmental impact of our operations.

Energy Policy

We prioritize energy efficiency across our cold-chain and shipping-heavy operations. In line with this:

  • We prefer energy-efficient equipment and service providers for cold storage and transport.
  • In shipment planning, we weigh the destination, the product's shelf life, and the delivery deadline together when choosing the transport mode (road, sea reefer, air cargo, or combined) to avoid unnecessary energy use.
  • We monitor our energy consumption and regularly evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • We fully comply with applicable legal obligations and regulations related to energy.

Environment & Sustainability Policy

For us, sustainability means acting responsibly at every step of the supply chain. In line with this:

  • We prioritize working with grower partners who use water and soil resources efficiently.
  • We encourage our grower partners to adopt responsible plant-protection practices that reduce residue risk.
  • We aim to minimize post-harvest food loss through proper temperature control and standards-compliant packaging.
  • We prioritize supporting rural employment and grower income by working with family businesses that have continued across generations.
  • We build long-term, fair trade relationships with our grower partners and regularly review the continuity of these relationships.
  • We support practices that reduce packaging waste and increase the use of recyclable materials.

Ethical Trade Principles Policy

We are committed to honesty, transparency, and fair competition in all our business relationships. In line with this:

  • We comply with the legislation of the countries we operate in and with international trade rules.
  • We oppose bribery and corruption in all forms; we neither make nor accept facilitation payments in our business dealings.
  • We take a reasonable and proportionate approach to gifts and hospitality, and avoid situations that could influence business decisions.
  • When selecting grower partners, we have regard to legal compliance, the absence of forced or child labor, and basic working-condition standards.
  • We verify products' declared origin, variety, and class against documentation, aiming to protect the integrity of our supply chain.
  • We treat our employees and business partners fairly and with respect, without discrimination.
  • We protect personal data shared by customers and suppliers in line with our KVKK Privacy Notice.
  • We encourage employees and business partners who encounter conduct inconsistent with this policy to contact us.

These policies are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
